John has handcrafted his Kora and an intimate relationship with it's song in a way you can feel. I met John at a yoga retreat in the Caribbean where he was playing the Kora during some of the yoga classes. Sometimes solo, and sometimes with other musicians, the experience was something as unforgettable as indescribable. This new album catches that essence of his music's ability to carry one on wings of calm and delight, through enlightening perspectives and gratitude for the moment. It's really something special.
